Work product and deliverables created specifically for clients as part of service engagements will be governed by the intellectual property provisions in the applicable service agreement.

User Representations

By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside
• You will not use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Your use of the services will not violate any applicable law or regulation
• All information you provide to us is true, accurate, current, and complete

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Systematic retrieval of data to create a collection or database
• Unauthorized use of automated systems to access the services
• Circumventing, disabling, or interfering with security features
• Engaging in unauthorized framing or linking to the website
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other harmful material
• Attempting to impersonate another user or person

Limitation of Liability

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the website or by other means. Your continued use of the services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Severability
